About Paleo

To explain the Paleo Diet can be very complex.  I'll do my best to give you a very basic idea, but I've also included several links to some great information.  


Basically, we eat as our ancestors ate.  We avoid processed foods, grains and most dairy.  We enjoy lots of fruits, veggies, seafood, meat, poultry, nuts and seeds.  It makes a lot of sense when you think about it.  Our ancestors' diet helped them survive and evolve to what we are today.  If it worked for them, it should work for us... right?  Well, so far, I'm hooked.  I've never felt better about myself.  So, I plan to stick with it; what about you?
